Damiano Spina Agriculture, born in memory of dear Damiano, is the flagship of our company with "premium" products made with organic and Slow Food ingredients and preserved with extra virgin olive oil.
The seed of the Manduria Tomato was traced by Slow Food thanks to some elderly farmers who kept and shared it with us and other young local producers. Discover our products with the little Manduria tomato.
The chicory of Oria differs from other chicory for its sweetness and for the lower and squat top. It is flavored and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, according to Rosaria's recipe, one of the first to transform this vegetable in a preserve.
We are a family-run artisan company, specialized for fifty years in the transformation of raw products of the land into preserves in oil. We are characterized by full respect for local tradition, ancient recipes and the continuous search for genuine products to be offered on the market.
Almost all products are exclusively freshly processed during their season, following a processing cycle that lasts 48 hours from the harvest.This processing method allows to preserve the organoleptic properties and nutritional values of the raw materials and it guarantees the natural crispness.
